He served as Vice President and Treasurer of Penn Virginia Resource GP LLC, the General Partner at Penn Virginia Resource Partners LP. He served as Vice President of Penn Virginia Corp. from July 2006 to December 9, 2010. Mr. Hartman has a B.A. in Geology from California State University, Sacramento and a M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
