Kevin R. Portnoy — Executive Vice President of Commercial Lending at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC

Mr. Kevin R. Portnoy has been an Executive Vice President of Commercial Lending at PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. since December 2014. Mr. Portnoy served as a Senior Vice President and Director of Capital Markets of Capital Crossing Servicing Company LLC (Formerly Capital Crossing Bank). Mr. Portnoy joined Capital Crossing Servicing in July 2010. Prior to joining, he served as a Managing Director at Sandler O'Neill in New York from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, he spent 9 years at Lehman Brothers, trading multiple mortgage related products, and served as a Senior Vice President managing Lehman's Small Balance Commercial Trading desk. He attended Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He also earned a M.B.A from New York University in New York, New York.
