Ms. Cynthia Weaver serves as an Executive Vice President of Institutional Services & Strategy at PENSCO Trust Company. Ms. Weaver is responsible for developing products and services to support PENSCO Trust's institutional partners'which includes private issuers/asset sponsors, crowdfunding platforms, financial advisors, and private banks. Prior to joining PENSCO in 2009, she held various Senior Vice President roles at financial institutions including Bank of America Capital Markets, BA Investment Services and Schwab Institutional Services. Ms. Weaver graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior.
