Mark Lee — Chief Operating Officer at PENSCO

Mr. Mark Lee serves as Chief Operating Officer at PENSCO Trust Company. Mr. Lee is responsible for all of firm's financial functions including financial planning, analysis and reporting as well as playing an integral role in developing firm's corporate strategy. He served as Chief Financial Officer at PENSCO Trust Company since September 14, 2014. Previously to joining the firm in 2015, Mr. Lee served as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at the Stanford Management Company. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Schwab Institutional and Asset Management where he supported five divisions with total revenues of $2.2 billion. Mr. Lee held senior positions at Barclays Global Investors, Goldman Sachs, and Hewlett Packard. Mr. Lee holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley.
