I work long for this company, not gain much increament and promotion. But other new person can because of their 'luck'.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Respect and do job as needed. They are fresh student which no respect to other old workers and they always chill around
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Each voice in the company are important. Include cleaner.
