- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The company culture is frightening. The "family" approach is quite horrifying and the casual "amen" that gets thrown around from the CEO and his siblings is disturbing.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Lack of opportunities, no pay increases.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership is non existent. The family is a joke. Don't believe the smoke and mirrors!
