What is the best part about your compensation package?

PTO and holidays are very stingy. Medical plans are expensive.

Bonus opportunity based on production is great

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pays us a fair rate for our duties. That isn't that hard to do.
