Aligning all teams on driving results company-wide, holding all teams accountable for results and understanding where each team can and cannot influence overall revenue. Improving knowledge of lines of communication from the bottom up.
Managing people, hiring for attitude and experience; realizing that a warm body filling a position may not be helpful; realizing the importance of paraprofessional staff; realizing hat good medicine makes money?
