Alberino J. Celini — Senior VP and Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at PHH Corporation

Mr. Alberino J. Celini, also known as Albert, has been Senior Vice President and Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of PHH Corporation since January 01, 2018. In this role Mr. Celini is responsible for independent oversight of the Company's enterprise risk management programs in the areas of compliance, operations, technology, and market and credit/counterparty risk. Prior to joining PHH in 2017, Mr. Celini was a Risk Management Consultant with professional services firm, Newbold Advisors LLC, a professional services firm, and Common Securitizations LLC, a joint venture between Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, helping organizations implement comprehensive risk, compliance and regulatory solutions. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Sun National Bank. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Sun Bancorp Inc. (the 'Company') from December 2012 to March 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Celini served as Vice President, Regulatory Advisory & Strategy at Freddie Mac in McLean, Virginia. His twenty-five year career spans both functional and business leadership roles within major financial institutions, and his expertise encompasses finance, risk management, regulatory compliance, governance and strategic business development. Before joining Ally Bank, Mr.Celini spent 12 years at Citigroup as a Financial Controller and began his career at Arthur Andersen. Mr. Celini also spent a decade at Ally Bank, where he served as founding Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Director of Lending Development, as the Bank grew from start-up to maturity. Other past roles include Financial Officer at Citibank and public accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a Member of the NJBankers Association and has held executive Board roles at the MERS Corporation, Delaware Community Investment Corporation and the Bucks County Boy Scouts of America. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Celini earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Fordham University and advanced certification in Management from Dartmouth College, Tuck School of Business.
