Madeline Flanagan — Senior VP & General Counsel at PHH Corporation

Ms. Madeline Flanagan has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel for PHH Corporation since January 2018. Ms. Flanagan is responsible for overseeing all legal matters, including corporate governance, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, contract negotiations and regulatory compliance. Ms. Flanagan served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President at PHH Mortgage Corporation. Ms. Flanagan was responsible for all aspects of legal services at PHH Mortgage, including contract administration, licensing, regulatory compliance, mortgage transactions, mortgage litigation and providing legal services for Jacksonville. Ms. Flanagan has over 25 years of experience as an attorney, primarily in the mortgage and banking areas. Prior to joining PHH Mortgage, she held legal roles at CoreStates Financial Corporation (now part of Wells Fargo) and Philadelphia Savings Fund Society. She also gained experience in the information technology sector while working at the software company, eGames, Inc. Ms. Flanagan received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and law degree from Rutgers University.
