What did you like most about the interview process?

They asked me to do a challenge

The hiring manager told me beforehand that she was on my team. She wanted to make sure I had everything I felt I needed to be prepared going into the interview. She said they were rooting for me, and that I have nothing to prove going into it and to just demonstrate my knowledge and expertise.

It was more than 6 years ago so I can't remember much, but I do remember it was very code focused rather than theoretical which I appreciated as an engineer.

The head of people and operations were extremely easy to talk to, and were upfront about the opportunity they had to offer.

For tech, they don't deal with whiteboards and esoteric problems. They ask you to bring in some code and you have an opportunity to talk about it
