John P. Jordan — Senior VP, CFO & Principal Accounting Officer at Photronics

Mr. John P. Jordan has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Photronics, Inc. since September 5, 2017 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Jordan served as the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer of AstroNova, Inc. from August 1, 2016 to September 1, 2017 and as its Controller from September 23, 2016 to September 1, 2017. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer of Zygo Corporation since February 17, 2011 until 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Vice President of Baldwin Technology Company, Inc. from March 8, 2007 to February 16, 2011. Previously, Mr. Jordan served as the Head of Strategic Acquisition Support and Business Integrati for Paxar Corp., since December 2006 and was responsible for its strategic acquisition support and business integration. Prior thereto, he served as a Vice President and Treasurer of Paxar Corporation from 1998 to March 2007. He also held senior finance roles at Paxar Corporation, Amscan and Bodwell Fashion Group. He participated in the eleven-member Paxar Global Leadership Team and led its initiatives to develop a Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program and the recent restructuring of Paxar Corp.'s domestic operations. Prior to Paxar Corp., he served as Vice President and Treasurer of Amscan Inc., which he joined in 1987. He began his business career with Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Jordan is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his BSBA in Accounting from the University of Florida.
