Steven L. Moore — Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary at Pixelworks

Mr. Steven L. Moore has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Vice President at Pixelworks Inc. since July 18, 2007. Mr. Moore has been the Secretary of Pixelworks Inc. since July 18, 2007. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of SCM Microsystems Inc. from June 30, 2003 to June 2006. Mr. Moore served as Secretary and Principal Accounting Officer of SCM Microsystems Inc. He also served as an Executive Officer of strategic projects at SCM Microsystems Inc. since March 2006. Mr. Moore joined SCM Microsystems Inc. He served as the Chief Finance Officer and Vice President of Finance at Adept Technology Inc. from June 12, 2006 to July 15, 2007. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Adept Technology Inc. until July 15, 2007, served as its Treasurer and Secretary. He has more than 25 years of Finance and Accounting experience. For the past few months, he assisted SCM Microsystems Inc. to execute on strategic plan to divest SCM's Digital Media and Video consumer business, which resulted in two sales transactions. Mr. Moore served as Vice President, Finance at Virata Corp., from March 2000 to September 2002. While at Virata, he helped put into place the financing and infrastructure to fuel its revenue growth from $12 million to $120 million in two years. Prior to Virata, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Health Systems Design Corp., a Nasdaq-listed developer of claims administration software for health benefits administrators since April 1998. Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Colorado.
