Mr. Mike Running has been Senior Vice President of Global Engineering Solutions at Plexus Corp. since October 5, 2016. Mr. Running served as Vice President of Global Engineering Solutions of Plexus Corp. from January 2014 to October 5, 2016. Mr. Running joined Plexus in 1999 as a Digital Engineer at Plexus's Raleigh Design Center within Engineering Solutions Group. After holding a number of engineering leadership positions, he was named Vice President of Plexus's Boulder Design Center in 2009 and then Vice President of Plexus's Neenah Design Center in 2011 ' the largest of Plexus' seven design centers globally. In 2013, he was appointed as the Vice President of Global Operations within the Engineering Solutions Group until being appointed into his current role in January of 2014. Mr. Running is responsible for setting strategic vision for Plexus' engineering service offerings, working with customer management and business development teams to help identify and develop new business relationships and partnering with the Plexus Executive Management Team on strategic initiatives. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
