Mr. John C. Wayne serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Mastic Home Exteriors, Inc. and has been its Executive Vice President since 2012. Mr. Wayne serves as President of Variform Inc. He has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Ply Gem Holdings, Inc since June 1, 2012. He has been Chief Operating Officer at Ply Gem Industries, Inc. since June 1, 2012 and serves as Executive Vice President. He served as President of Siding Group at Ply Gem Holdings, Inc. He served as President of Siding and Accessories of Ply Gem Holdings, Inc., a Holding Company of MWM Holding Inc. since January, 2002. Mr. Wayne joined Mwm Holding Inc. and Ply Gem Industries, Inc. in 1998. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ply Gem, Variform and Napco siding and accessories subsidiaries. Prior to Ply Gem, Mr. Wayne served for Armstrong World Industries, Inc. from 1985 to 1998, where he served a variety of sales management positions, including Vice President of Sales. He serves as a Vice Chairman of the VSI. He served as a Director of Ply Gem Prime Holdings, Inc. Mr. Wayne graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1984, with a B.B.A in Finance and Marketing from Concordia University Wisconsin.
