Polsinelli tries to act like a large top-tier firm without paying commensurate salaries.

They need better managers and better pay. Everyone needs better office environment and work culture.

The firm needs to be resources properly
Atlanta needs to get rid of its office managing partner for starters. Lots of other department heads need to go as well.

Interview process was fine - that is the least of the issues with the firm.

The firm needs a better CEO and better management and needs to hold people accountable.
