Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Increase Pay rates, a company wide minimum wage increase is nice but not for anyone whos working minimum wage.

Pay at least market rate, and don't keep asking for more OT. Keep a full staff.

Servers should be earning more per hour and be offered benefits and time off as well
