What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Keep calm over small mistakes and keep unrealistic and impossible to reach goals out of the work enviroment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase Pay rates, a company wide minimum wage increase is nice but not for anyone whos working minimum wage.
Pay at least market rate, and don't keep asking for more OT. Keep a full staff.
Servers should be earning more per hour and be offered benefits and time off as well
