Ms. Lisa Ann Kaner serves as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Compliance Officer of Portland General Electric Company. Before joining PGE in 2017, Ms. Kaner successfully handled important contract, employment and other commercial cases at the Portland office of Markowitz Herbold PC. Along with being honored by the Portland Business Journal as one of the region's most influential business women, she was recognized for her public service by the Oregon State Bar. Ms. Kaner has a Bachelor's Degree in European History from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated cum laude and Juries Doctor from Villanova University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude.
