What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have always felt very supported by my leaders. My team leaders are available to me when I need help or encouragement, but at the same time, they allow me to run my Posh business in my own unique way. It's a great balance.

I love working with smart, talented women who are passionate about bettering their lives and helping others better their lives, too. I consider them friends, and they are always so incredibly helpful and supportive.
We work well together, everyone gets along and we are friends for life
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The whole corporate culture of Posh is about having fun. We are encouraged to take time for ourselves and to enjoy the products not just constantly push to sell, sell, sell.
It's a great family environment and we strive to empower women!!!

Everyone is open and honest and willing to answer any questions you have.
What makes you most happy at work?
The friendships I have formed are priceless. I love the people I work with. I also have the opportunity to bring some relaxation and happiness into people's busy, hectic lives. I like the fact that I can make other people happy in a simple way.
