Eric Cremers — President, Chief Operating Officer and Director at Potlatch Corporation

Mr. Eric J. Cremers has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Potlatch Corporation since March 1, 2013 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to March 1, 2013 and Executive Vice President from March 1, 2012 to March 1, 2013. He served as the Vice President of Finance from July 16, 2007 to March 2012. Mr. Cremers was responsible for financial reporting and controls, information technology, investor relations, risk management, tax and treasury functions and he also assumes responsibility for management of its timberlands in Idaho as well as responsibilities for harvest scheduling, science and technology support company-wide. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Clearwater Paper Corporation until December 2008. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at New Albertson's, Inc. since July 15, 2002 until 2006. Previously, he served as a Managing Director of Investment Banking at U.S. BanCorp., Piper Jaffrey Companies since 1999 and Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Pillsbury Co. since 1996. He has been a Director at Potlatch Corporation since March 1, 2013. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
