Mr. Jerald W Richards, also known as Jerry, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Potlatch Corporation since September 1, 2013 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until April 1, 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Richards was the Chief Accounting Officer at Weyerhaeuser Co. since October 18, 2010. Mr. Richards served as the Director of Financial Reporting from 2002 to 2005, Controller of Financial Reporting from 2005 to 2008 and Controller of Corporate and Reporting from 2008 to 2010 at the firm. Prior to Weyerhaeuser, he spent 12 years in public accounting, including time in the national office of KPMG. Mr. Richards is a CPA licensed in the State of Oregon. He earned a Degree in Business and Accounting from Lewis & Clark College.
