What do you like best about the leadership team?
Powerhome wants everyone to be there best selves
Our leadership team grinds every day to get the job done. They are constantly trying to find ways to make the company better as it grows, and they're not afraid to pivot when needed for the betterment of the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I recieve a bonus at the end of the month
I think the best part of my compensation package is that it is incredibly fair. Having been part of other industries where compensation has been an issue, being part of POWERHOME SOLAR has been a breath of fresh air. You are recognized for your hard work, too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very diversed, different age groups. Very fun interesting group of men.
The single best thing about our team is that we're not afraid to try things. If things don't work, it's not a failure, it's a learning opportunity. We course correct and move on with some great information.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very safe and welcoming workplace
Our people understand that what they're doing makes a difference not only for our customers, but the world. Climate change is real, and we're doing things that can help mitigate that.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast and easy
I liked that it was a candid discussion where both sides got to know one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
When i fix a troubleshooting issue to please a customer
