Great support and genuious of the members
They appreciate feedback on how to make Pregis better. They value input as it pertains to working smarter not harder. And most of all they recognize and reward your hard work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall good. 401k could be better

High premiums and insurance does not pay well for services
I am paid more than fairly and have seen excellent pay increases with increased responsibility.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Good group that cares about each other.
We love to work and we strive to do thinks right the first time and team others where needed. We not only want to do our job but learn, learn from each other, and improve upon it each day. We enjoy collaborating and understanding how each of us play a part and how it impacts each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only positive to all of this is that there was a company vehicle.
Good attitude even when things are not going well
We are happy to work at a company free of the bureaucratic nonsense.

It was meant to be laid back yet professional to learn not only my abilities but if my personality will fit with the team and company.

Time goes fast when we are all working toward a common goal
Long days, difficult projects, and lots of excellent technicians.
