Mr. Tushar K. Sachdev has been the Senior Vice President of Global Shared Services and Chief Information Officer of PRGX Global, Inc., since July 2013. Mr. Sachdev is responsible for the Company's global information technology operations, client data services, development of various tools and technologies for the Company's business lines and management of the Company's shared services organization spread across the globe. Mr. Sachdev joined PRGX Global as Vice President, India Operations in April 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sachdev worked as an independent consultant to PRGX Global from September 2009 to April 2010, helping to define its outsourcing strategy. Mr. Sachdev previously worked as a Principal Architect with Infosys Technologies Limited from November of 2000 to August of 2009 and has previously worked with other global outsourcing organizations, including Mastek and NIIT.
