Mr. Brud E. Drachman has been Executive Vice President of Construction and Facilities at Pricesmart Inc since August 2013. Mr. Drachman served as an Executive Vice President of Construction Management at PriceSmart Inc., from November 2005 to July 2013. Mr. Drachman served as Executive Vice President of Real Estate and Construction Pricesmart Inc. from February 2005 through October 2005. Mr. Drachman served as an Executive Vice President of Construction and Private Label Merchandising at Pricesmart Inc. since November 2004 until January 2005 and served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Construction of Pricesmart Inc., from August 1998 to October 2002. Mr. Drachman served as a Vice President of Real Estate and Construction at PEI from August 1994 to August 1997. Prior to joining PEI in 1994, Mr. Drachman served as a Project Manager of TPC since 1987.
