Mr. Chris Souhrada has been Senior Vice President - Operations for El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras at PriceSmart Inc., since June 2009. Mr. Souhrada served as Vice President of Operations overseeing El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras from September 2005 to May 2009 and served in the same capacity for El Salvador and Guatemala from January 2004 to August 2005. Mr. Souhrada served as Vice President of Operations for Costa Rica and Panama, then Costa Rica and Nicaragua during the period from October 2002 to December 2003. Mr. Souhrada served as Country Manager for Costa Rica at PriceSmart from October 2001 to September 2002 and for Honduras from November 2000 to September 2001. He was Club Manager of El Salvador from April 1999 to October 2000 and Operations Manager there from November 1998 to March 1999.
