Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

All ground staff work very hard daily we work tiredlessly each day.....with the amount of work load i feel we shoud me compensated more....most ground staff work less than $4 us an hour...and knowing that our club is number once show that we work very hard

All pricesmart ground staff puts out a lot of work daily...The work load and the compensation not had up.....we work less than $4 us hour and cost of living is very high.....so we would like to get a better salary
