Mr. John M. Heffner has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of PriceSmart Inc. since January 1, 2004 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Heffner served as a Consultant of PriceSmart Inc. from September 2003 to December 2003. From February 2000 to August 2003, he served as a Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Kyocera Wireless Corp. Mr. Heffner served with Digital Equipment Corporation where he served in variety of financial management roles over a 20 year period. More recently, he served with Qualcomm, Inc., where he served as Vice President of Finance from July 1998 to February 2000. Mr. Heffner is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and received an MBA from Syracuse University.
