Working more like a team player.....listen more and so more fir there staff

They are hard working...they are good team player they have a great communicating skills
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All pricesmart ground staff puts out a lot of work daily...The work load and the compensation not had up.....we work less than $4 us hour and cost of living is very high.....so we would like to get a better salary
