Executive Bio
Mr. Rodrigo Calvo has been an Executive Vice President of Real Estate at PriceSmart Inc. since June 2015. Mr. Calvo served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Price Smart Inc from January 2009 to June 2015. Mr. Calvo joined PriceSmart in October 2004 as Director of Real Estate. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Calvo worked in the real estate development business in Central America, and from 1994 to 1997 in engineering and construction. He was Vice President of Real Estate at PriceSmart from October 2004 to January 2009. Previously, he worked for McDonald's Corporation's real estate area and for CSU (now Walmart Central America) in special projects. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Costa Rica and an MBA from INCAE Business School.
