The team I work on is like a family. We communicate several times a day and are able to provide feedback and help to each other.
There is great communication and teamwork within the group.

People come first - Projects are exciting and everyone gets involved
Everyone is friendly and there are always company events to look forward to.

I can hardly remember it was many many years ago
The ability to meet with many team members I would most likely be working with and learning more about the importance of the position and what I would be doing.

reaching the targets and making customers happy
I am happy when I am constantly busy, which is 99% of the time. Being able to interact with coworkers throughout the day and participate in meetings is great, as well.
