Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

New employees with little to no experience come in at higher wages than current employees. Personally for my job and what I do and invest in this company is beyond undervalued, unappreciated and my wages prove that I have no worth to the company and my investment GREATLY exceeds the companies in me.
