He served as Vice President of North American Sales and Marketing at Falconstor Software Inc. from April 2012 to April 8, 2013. He served as Vice President of North American sales at Falconstor Software Inc, since April 3, 2012. He served as Head of indirect Business operations of CA, Inc. (also known as CA Technologies Inc. and Computer Associates International Inc.) since June 2006 and served as Executive Vice President of Partner Advocacy since April 2004. He has an incredibly successful career as a field-facing enterprise software executive to his role at Progress, with extensive experience leading partner-driven go-to-markets. He has more than 20 years at CA Technologies, he served as Executive Vice President of International Sales and North American channel sales. Mr. Quinn also served as an Executive Vice President for SMB and Consumer and was responsible for leading Computer Associates International Inc. worldwide expansion into the small and medium business and consumer markets. He served as an Executive Vice President, Sales Support of CA Inc. from April 2001 to April 2004 and was responsible for its business operations and sales-related activities throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. He served as Executive Vice President of CA's Global Information and Administrative Services group, driving the internal deployment of leading-edge information technology, telecommunications and operational services that enable CA to maximize organizational performance from April 1998 to April 2001; and served as Senior Vice President - Global Information Services from April 1996 to April 1998. Prior to 1998, he served in various management positions within the marketing, professional services, education and technical organizations. He served as Executive Vice President of Indirect Sales and Executive Vice President of CA. He joined Computer Associates International Inc. in December 1985. He serves on the boards of directors of several Long Island, N.Y.-based non-profit organizations. He has managed the organizations that have firmly established CA as one of the best places to work including human resources, child development, employee fitness, community relations and philanthropy, customer support and quality assurance. He served as Commissioner of Information Technology (CIO) at Suffolk County Department of Information Technology (DoIT) from 2008 until 2012. He is a supporter of many charitable initiatives. He served as a Director of Falconstor Software Inc, from August 8, 2013 to July 1, 2017. He received bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Hofstra University.
