Mr. Michael L. Mark founded American Energy Services Inc. in 1978 and served as its President. Mr. Mark is an active private investor in early-stage ventures. He serves as a Director of Neon Systems, Inc. He serves as a Board Member of Kurzweil Educational Systems, Inc. He has been an Independent Director of Progress Software Corporation since July 1987 and served as its Lead Independent Director until September 19, 2017. Mr. Mark served as a Director of Incentive Targeting Inc. He served as a Director of Netegrity, Inc. since October 1994. He is Private Investor and Member of Walnut Venture Associates. He received a B.S. in Mathematics from MIT in 1967.
