What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is energetic and very willing to mentor young professionals at PIM. I have been fortunate to learn and grow as a result of their guidance.

PIM pays well relative to other CPG companies I have recruited with.

Young, friendly, high energy team. We are all passionate about our shared goal of ensuring a great product for the company's consumers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is entrepreneurial for a company of PIM's scale. I am fortunate to have a lot of flexibility to work in my preferred manner.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with all of the members of my direct team and could immediately tell we would get along well and I would enjoy working with them. It was more of a conversation and the team made me very comfortable.
What makes you most happy at work?
Welch's Fruit Snacks is such a fun product to work with and I'm excited every day to help PIM achieve its goal of developing new brands that consumers love. My team is great and we all love what we do.
