- What did you like most about the interview process?The directors are good. Senior people are good. HR department is good, kind and friendly. Questions are straight to point.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?Great team, pleasure to work with them.

- What does the leadership team need to get better at?So much unprofessional and unstructured work going on. Need to make a proper environment with transparency, which was before and now getting vanished. Lots of things are not defined properly, need to cover all the loopholes.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There has not been any evolution since a long time. People seems to be neglecting the expertise, qualification, experience. Policies just written but not followed.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The co-workers are abusive, irregular, nonprofessional. Politics has gone on a very bad level. Insult and abuse has become everyday's scenario. They need to respect other people's processional and personal requirements. No one is taking responsibility for own task, need to bring that first.
