Empowering people through digital products and experiences is a lifelong passion for VJ. As Propeller Health's head of marketing, he brings that passion to building a purpose-driven brand, marketing life-changing products and delivering meaningful customer experiences. He specializes in building teams for high-growth technology companies focused on healthcare (payer, provider, pharma, government, employer, consumer). Previously, he held leadership positions at Mercer, hCentive, Infosys and IBM, helping build/reposition brands, pivot go-to-market, launch/scale digital products, form strategic partnerships and expand in new markets. Beyond work, VJ advises startups as a Venture Partner at NextGen and serves on the Board of Volunteer Fairfax, a community non-profit in the Washington DC area.
