What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and employees feel empowered by being able to voice their opinions and participate in company's overall growth.
They're quick to involve all employees, at every rank, in ongoing discussions around how we can make our platform, our services and our culture better. They're never dismissive and will always do their best to make time for anyone that asks.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Currently do no own any stock/equity in the company but overall very competitive compensation including above industry average benefits package.
Employer matching on 401ks is extremely important; as well as a flexible work schedule.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard work is valued, rewarded and allowed to shine.
Primarily focused on value added with mentality to help other teams within the organization.
We're a small, but mighty team with very strong communication and a great team-work mentality.

Diverse environment focusing on work-life balanced lifestyle.
Most of us are friends and enjoy grabbing a beer or playing trivia after work

It was a quick process from start to finish.
What makes you most happy at work?
A lot of innovation is happening! The leadership team is transparent, works to push the product forward, and makes everyone feel like their voice is heard.
We work with some demanding clients, but helping them solve their problems is most rewarding. And having a beer fridge helps soften the blow on those tougher days
I feel appreciated and encouraged by management and they make sure that is voiced.
