Knowing that what I'm doing has an impact on the university and the world.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are understanding of family situations and are willing to work with you times of need.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team meetings can sometimes turn into a complaining session. While therapeutic, they don't always feel productive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was relaxed in some areas and harder in others. I liked the variety of people I got to interact with in the interview.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive about the culture is that within my department we have separate working groups. Those areas of work feel closer, personally, than most other places I've worked.
