Most positive about the culture is that within my department we have separate working groups. Those areas of work feel closer, personally, than most other places I've worked.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They invite you over paid trip and show everything you will be working with and also meetings with top level people
There was a part that rated my competency in which it directly related to the actual job
people are friendly and easy to approach
It was relaxed in some areas and harder in others. I liked the variety of people I got to interact with in the interview.
