Paying individuals at market rate.
As long as there is no direction and no strategy, meetings are task oriented and very few decisions are made resulting in more meetings.
Learn to grow up and act like mature adults.
The company needs to be honest about it's culture and what it's goals are.
Hire competent people as soon as possible.
Have people with true management experience interview candidates.
Everything is going wrong but that can be resolved by replacing current management.
