Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As compared to other banks the bank is not fixing the basic to benefit ratio, moreover, the employees are stuck with contracts when they fly in from abroad, they see that similar experience and position is paid 30% more, they cannot work for another bank and there is no way they can move internally.
