Scott Bostick — Executive VP & COO at Quality Systems

Mr. Scott E. Bostick has been the Chief Client Officer and Executive Vice President at NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, LLC since 2016 and its Chief Operating Officer since April 15, 2015. Mr. Bostick has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Quality Systems, Inc. since April 15, 2017 and March 2016, respectively. He served as the Chief Client Officer at Quality Systems, Inc. since March 2016 until April 15, 2017. He has more than 25 years of healthcare technology experience, client service expertise and sales and marketing leadership to Quality Systems/NextGen Healthcare. He is a seasoned healthcare information technology executive with experience across start-ups enterprises, high-growth companies and turnaround operations. He served as Senior Vice President of Americas Commercial Operations at CareFusion Corporation from 2009 to 2015. He served as a Senior Vice President of U.S. Strategic Sales and Support at CareFusion Corporation. He spent six years at CareFusion Corp., serving in a range of roles before it was acquired by Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) in March 2015. He served as Senior Vice President of Care Fusion's Americas Commercial Operations, where he oversaw all commercial operations across the United States, Canada and Latin America. He spent nearly 10 years (from 1998 to 2009) at Cardinal Health, serving in a range positions, progressing from regional sales leadership roles and Vice President of North American Sales to General Manager. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Pyxis??? Medication Technologies. He has been with CareFusion in the Pyxis products business since 1994 served in both sales and sales management roles, including Vice President and General Manager of Supply Technologies and Vice President of Sales for Pyxis products. Prior to CareFusion, he held various sales positions with specialty medical distributors selling critical care systems and therapeutics. Mr. Bostick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the University of Florida and participated in an Executive Education Program at Boston University.
