Mr. Sheldon Razin served as President of NextGen Capital LLC. Mr. Razin founded Quality Systems Inc. in 1974 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1974 to April 2000 and President from 1974 to April 2000, except for the period from August 1990 to August 1991 and also Treasurer from 1974 to October 1982. He has been Chairman Emeritus of Quality Systems Inc. since November 6, 2015 and served as its Chairman until November 6, 2015. Prior to Quality Systems, he held various technical and managerial positions with Rockwell International Corporation. He has been the Chairman at Quality Systems Inc., since 1974. He served as the Chairman and Director of NextGen Capital LLC. He serves as Member of the Board of the Jewish Federation of Orange County and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Technology Advisory Board, Department of Information and Computer Science, University of California, Irvine. Mr. Razin holds a BS degree in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
