- What are some of the best things about your team?I just love the energy and openness. We are all very willing to help each other and step up to provide each other support. I work with an amazing group that truly cares about each other, and are invested to see each other succeed.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would like to be better compensated for the quality and quantity of work I perform.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I generally enjoy my job but I would not say I'm excited to go to work. That is more a reflection of how much I enjoy my family life and general life at home. My job is hard and I am constantly dealing with frustrated customers, so I enjoy my time away to recharge.
