I like how our leadership team does they’re best to bring the whole group good energy and to keep that up. Our company is about spreading aloha and I think our leadership team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been working there for 3 years and there is no way to truly excel unless someone leaves. I also seem to be doing certain tasks that supervisors should do but I am still getting paid less although I do extra work.
