Mr. David C. Lubner, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations at Ra Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since January 11, 2016. His responsibilities included finance and administration, business development and mergers and acquisitions. He also served as a Controller at Immulogic Pharmaceutical Corp. He has been Non-Executive Director of Nightstar Therapeutics Limited since July 13, 2017. Mr. Lubner has been a Director of NightstaRx Limited since July 13, 2017. Mr. Lubner is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He received his B.S. in business administration/Accounting from Northeastern University and an M.S. in taxation from Bentley University.
