William Thomas Tomljanovic — Chief Investment Officer, Senior VP & Treasurer at Radian Group

Mr. William Thomas Tomljanovic, also known as Bill, has been Chief Investment Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Radian Group Inc. since December 2012. Mr. Tomljanovic served as Executive Vice President, responsible for Credit of ACA Capital Holdings Inc until March 31, 2007. He served as Consultant of Manifold Capital Corp since March 31, 2007 and also served as Executive Vice President of Credit & Customized Solutions since February 2001. He served as Managing Director of Cohen & Company Inc. since April 2007. He served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Radian Group Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Cohen Municipal Capital Management, LLC since November 2005 until 2007. He is also a Member of Executive Committee and President of ACA Management. Mr. Tomljanovic joined ACA Management in 2000. Mr. Tomljanovic served as Head of ACA former customized solutions group, which encompassed Structured Credit and certain other discontinued lines of business from 2000 to May 2004 and Head of Structured finance from May 2004 to February 2006. Previously, Mr. Tomljanovic was a Director of Investment Banking for Prudential Securities, responsible for originating and structuring CDOs. From 1989 to 1999, he served in various senior management positions with Capital Re Corporation, including Senior Vice President of Mortgage & Financial Lines, Vice President Global Underwriting & Special Projects, and Vice President and Treasurer. He worked as an independent consultant to Greenwich Street Capital Partners and Salomon Smith Barney from May 1999 until May 2000. He served as Director of Radian Investor Surety, Inc. since 2015 until 2017. Mr. Tomljanovic received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Duquesne University and his M.B.A. from Fordham University.
