Mr. Michel Dagenais, also known as Mike, serves as Chief Executive Officer of Coriant Operations, Inc. Mr. Dagenais has 25 years of experience leading organizations in the development of data networking, optical and telephony products for service providers and cable operators. He has a strong leadership and management expertise, extensive service provider customer experience and a proven track record of delivering new products to market on a global scale. Mr. Dagenais served as Chief Executive Officer of RadiSys Corporation from July 08, 2011 to October 1, 2012. Mr. Dagenais served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Continuous Computing Corporation from December 2006 to 2011. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Optical Solutions, Inc. since January 2004. He led Optical Solutions through a period of unprecedented growth, culminating in the successful acquisition of it by Calix Networks. Mr. Dagenais served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Convergent Networks, where he led the transition of its VoIP product portfolio from a CLEC market focus to the MSO market, and successfully positioned it for asset sale. He served as Vice President, Engineering of Convergent Networks Inc. since January 7, 2002. He served as Vice-President and General Manager of Core Switching Division of Lucent. Mr. Dagenais held positions of increasing responsibility with Nortel Networks and its research affiliate Bell Northern Research. He has been an Executive Director of Continuous Computing Corporation since January 9, 2007. He serves as a Director and Member of the Advisory Board of BTI Photonic Systems Inc. He served as Director at RadiSys Corporation from July 08, 2011 to October 1, 2012. Mr. Dagenais received his Masters and Bachelors Degrees in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
